I know halloween is months away but If I have to figure out my horses costume now in case I have to figure out how to make one, I already have my costumes but I cant find a peter pan costume for my horse

They do make horse halloween costumes but they don’t have a huge selection, you’re probably going to have to just make it yourself.

umm why dont you go to walmart, buy some brown felt, roll and fold it to make it look like his hat than sew it. for the jacket just take green, cut it it, than sew on details.
